We are in a marathon, not a sprint.  We need to make sure we are taking care of our bodies and our minds during this surreal moment in time. In the beginning it was ok to sit back and wait it out….but that is not an option any longer.  The world is different and we are different.  Let us join together as we look at our lives through a new lense, helping us to adapt to the challenges and opportunities that have become our new normal.  This course is about choice and power.  You will learn how to control your nervous system, moods, behaviors and life experiences through understanding the power of the mind-body connection and how to access it.  Let’s shift the dialog from needing better healthcare to self-care. There is no magic pill, ideal situation or dollar amount that can bring you true happiness and health.  The answers and the power resides within each and every one of us and finding it is exciting.
